You enter basic facts about your case, such as the visa route and your current stage. Togetherward uses those answers to show matching requirements. Each requirement shows its official source and why it appears, so you can check it rather than trust it.

Can Togetherward read our documents and private notes?

Not when encryption is enabled. Files and private notes are encrypted on your device, including the document name, its exact file type, and the dates you record about it. Togetherward can read only the limited account and case information needed to run the service. The security page lists the exact boundary.

Does Togetherward give legal advice?

No. Togetherward organizes information and links to official sources. It never decides whether you are eligible, never says a case is complete, and never predicts approval or timing. Legal judgment belongs with a licensed attorney.

What Togetherward can and cannot read

Encrypted on your device: Files and private notes are encrypted on your device before upload. That includes the document's name, its exact file type, and the dates you record about it.
A private workspace for the two of you: A case is scoped to both partners. Nobody joins without an invitation, and both of you can see who has access.
Not sold. Not used to train models.: We do not sell case data or use protected content for model training.

Togetherward can still read the limited account and case information needed to run the service: who is in the workspace, task and timeline titles, dates, billing records, and the storage identifiers, sizes and coarse file family needed to hand an encrypted file back to you.

Today, you choose what to export and send it to your lawyer yourself. Limited, in-app lawyer access is still in development.
