Terms of Service

These terms govern use of Togetherward. They are the operator's rules for the service: what it is, how you may use it, and what each side is responsible for.

What Togetherward is

Togetherward is an independently operated service. It is run by a single operator rather than a registered company, and there is no parent organisation, investor, or agency behind it.

Togetherward is a shared workspace that helps a couple organize immigration paperwork, documents, appointments, travel, and decisions in one place. It is not a law firm, is not affiliated with any government agency, and never determines eligibility, sufficiency, timing, or the outcome of an immigration matter. See the legal disclaimer.

Accounts and shared workspaces

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for activity in the cases you own or have joined. A case is shared: when you invite a partner, they see the case content. Invite only the person you intend to share with, and do not share your account itself with anyone.

Acceptable use

Use Togetherward only for lawful purposes.
Do not upload content you do not have the right to share, including another person’s identification documents without their consent.
Do not attempt to access another couple’s case, probe or reverse-engineer the service, or interfere with its availability.
Do not resell access or use the service to provide legal advice to third parties.

Content you upload

You keep ownership of everything you upload. You grant us a limited licence to store, transmit, and display that content solely to operate the service for you and the people you invited to the case. Protected case content is encrypted on your device, so for those categories the licence covers ciphertext we cannot read.

Beta access and payment

Togetherward is in private beta. Access is granted by invitation and is provided at no charge; there is no public checkout, subscription, or trial today. If and when paid plans are offered, subscriptions will renew until cancelled, cancellation will keep access through the end of the paid period, and plan changes will be prorated. Those terms take effect only when a paid plan is actually available to you, and any price will be shown before you agree to it.

Availability and changes to the service

We aim to keep Togetherward available and to preserve your data, but the service is provided as it is, without an uptime guarantee. Beta features may change or be withdrawn. We give notice in-app or by email before a change that would remove functionality you rely on or affect data you have stored.

Intellectual property

The Togetherward name, brand, interface, and written guides belong to the operator. You may read, print, and share public pages for your own use. You may not copy the service or republish its content as your own product.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Togetherward organizes information you provide and summarizes publicly available official procedures. It does not verify facts with any agency and does not make legal determinations. Decisions about what to file, when to file, and what to submit remain yours.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost opportunity, or for immigration outcomes. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud, and nothing limits the consumer rights you hold where you live.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end access for accounts that materially breach these terms or that put the safety, security, or availability of the service or other users at risk. You may delete your account at any time from Settings; if you are the sole owner of an active shared case, transfer ownership or delete the case first.

Changes to these terms

We update these terms when the product or applicable requirements change. The effective date is at the top of this page and material changes are listed in the revision history below, with notice in-app or by email before they take effect.

Questions and disputes

Contact us first through the support page or at support@togetherward.app. Almost everything is resolved that way. We answer every message ourselves and will work with you in good faith before either side escalates.

Revision history

We review this document whenever Togetherward's practices or applicable requirements materially change, and we record what changed in the revision history below.
