Terms of Service
Plain-language terms for using the Togetherward workspace. Marked sections require attorney review before general availability.
Attorney review pending. Final terms must be reviewed and adjusted for the jurisdictions we serve. Do not treat this draft as a binding legal document.
What Togetherward is (and isn’t)
Togetherward is a shared workspace to help couples organize immigration paperwork, travel, documents, and decisions in one place. Togetherward is not a law firm, is not affiliated with any government agency, and does not guarantee any immigration outcome, eligibility, or admission.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for the activity in cases you own or have joined. Do not share your account with third parties beyond the partner or attorney you explicitly invited.
Acceptable use
- Use Togetherward only for lawful purposes.
- Do not upload content you do not have the right to share, including other people’s identification documents without their consent.
- Do not attempt to access another couple’s case, reverse-engineer the service, or interfere with its availability.
Content you upload
You keep ownership of everything you upload. You grant Togetherward a limited licence to store, transmit, and display that content solely to provide the service to you and the people you have invited to the case.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans renew until cancelled. You can cancel from the billing portal at any time; when you cancel a subscription, access continues to the end of the current paid period. Upgrades and downgrades take effect immediately with prorated adjustments. Refunds are handled case by case via the support page.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that materially breach these terms or that risk the safety or integrity of the service or other users. You may delete your account at any time from Settings.
Attorney review pending: warranty disclaimer wording, limitation of liability caps, indemnity, governing law and venue, dispute resolution, and consumer-protection carve-outs for the applicable jurisdictions.
Changes to these terms
We’ll post updates on this page and note the “Last updated” date at the top. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email before they take effect.
